How to choose the right rashguard?

A good rashguard should fit close to the body, without the loose fabric of a T-shirt, to give you the compression it's designed for. The stretch fabric makes sure this never limits your movement.

Sleeve length matters too. Short sleeves keep you cooler and are the lighter option for grappling, while long sleeves give your arms more protection from mat burn, scratches and skin infections. All our current models are short-sleeved.

How to care for your rashguard?

• Wash it after every training session.
• Turn it inside out before washing to protect the colour and print.
• Don't put it in the dryer. Let it air dry and store it somewhere dry.
• Don't pull it on or off with force, as this can damage the seams and fabric.
