Where we ship: all cities and regions in Bulgaria.

Delivery method and cost: delivery to an Econt office. Cost: 5€. Free delivery on orders of 60€ or more. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking: once your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

Failed delivery: please check your details at checkout. If an order is not collected or cannot be delivered because of incorrect details, the actual Econt redelivery fee may be charged.

Delayed or lost orders: if your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at rushgearbjj@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
