1. Who we are The online store rushguardbjj.com is operated by RUSHGUARD LTD (РЪШГАРД ЕООД), UIC 207905318, VAT No. BG207905318, registered address: 8 Tsar Simeon St., floor 1, apt. 2, 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria. Email: rushgearbjj@gmail.com, phone: +359899146216. These terms apply to all purchases made through the store.
2. Products and prices We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible; small colour differences can occur on screens. All prices are in euro and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
3. Placing an order To order, add products to your cart, enter your details, choose delivery and payment, and confirm the order. Before confirming, you can review and correct your order. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.
4. Payment You can pay [by card online or] cash on delivery, paying when you collect your order at the Econt office. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
5. Delivery We deliver within Bulgaria as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when you or a person you name receives them.
6. Right of withdrawal You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which also contains the model withdrawal form information.
7. Legal guarantee and complaints All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian law. Send complaints to rushgearbjj@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos. We confirm receipt and respond within 14 days, and resolve complaints within the time limits set by law.
8. Dispute resolution We aim to resolve any issue directly with you. If we can't, you can contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg), which also offers out-of-court resolution through its conciliation commissions, or the competent Bulgarian court.
9. Use of the website All content on this website, including photos, designs and logos, belongs to RUSHGUARD LTD and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You may not misuse the website, for example by attempting to disrupt it or access it without authorisation.
10. Reviews and submissions If you send us or post reviews, comments or photos, they must be truthful and lawful. We may publish them on our website and social media and remove any that are offensive or misleading.
11. Liability We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them as agreed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law.
12. Personal data We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have.
