Returns and Refunds Policy Last updated: October 4, 2026

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is your legal right of withdrawal: you don't need to give a reason, and you may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Please return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may try items on as you would in a shop; if an item has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian law. In these cases, we cover the return costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Items made to your specifications or personalised for you, such as team orders, cannot be returned.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Refunds, including the standard delivery cost, are issued within 14 days of your return request; we may wait until we have received the item or proof that you sent it. Refunds go to your original payment method; for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
